Payment methods: We currently accept money order and personal check payments by mail, and secure online credit card payment via PayPal.
Payment terms: Payment is expected to be sent within 10 days of receipt of your order. For custom orders, including shadow boxes, personalized signs, and other "one of a kind" items, we may require a 50% pre-payment.
Guarantee and return policy: We stand behind our work and will make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. All "stock" items are returnable, in the same condition as received, for a full refund. The customer is responsible for contacting us regarding the return and for return shipping costs. Refunds will me made upon receipt of the return. Custom items requiring a pre-payment may be returned without further payment obligation, however the deposit will not be refunded. The only exceptions are shadow boxes, which are fully refundable. In returning packages, you are responsible to have the package insured for the full value of the returned item(s).
Damages: We make every effort to get your items to you in good condition, but shipping accidents do occasionally happen. We insure our packages so that the shipper is financially responsible for damages. If you receive an item in damaged condition, please contact us immediately so that we can file the claim and get to work on replacing your order.
